Title: TLD 50A vs. TLD 50 IIA
Post by: bajaandy on May 06, 2015, 06:26:07 PM
Can anyone tell me the difference between the TLD50A and the TLD 50 IIA? What does the "II" designation mean?  In terms of service and usefulness, is the TLD50A any different than the TLD 50 IIA?
Inquiring minds want to know. (Well, at least mine does...)
THANKS!!

The II stands for 2 speed. They are great reels.

OK, I buy that. But so is the TLD50A. So let me rephrase the question: Is there any difference between the Shimano TLD50A and the TLD50IIA ? Just a different logo?
