Title: Pan seared Salmon with baby sweet bells and baked potato

Can't go fishing but I can still cook...Sweet baby bell peppers, baked potato and seared salmon steak with garlic, onion powders, fresh ground black pepper and sea salt. A bit of Thyme &  Rosemary, a squeeze of lemon, seared in olive oil..Garnish with a shot and a Sierra Nevada  ;D Have a Great weekend

Big guy, that looks yummy ;). I do enjoy olive oil and lemon as well, I'm not a fan of butter.
Where is the vino? ::) ;D

Sal, no vino for me (heartburn?) but a nice shot of bourbon and a good beer or sure..Wayne: soon we will fish together and for sure and I will cook...No frozen lasagna next time  ;D
