Many thanks to Fred for supplying me with a replacement head plate for this Penn 349. Without it I would have been in a lot of trouble with a customer. When spooling the reel I broke the right side plate as the spool expanded faster than I could keep up with the tension knob.

A wonderful person he is..!!!

Fred did the service on 5 Bait Casters & 1 Penn 450ss for me this Spring. Everyone feels like it came brand new from the factory. I don't know what to do without Fred.
