The shipping must be free in the UK but I see a 13+pound International Priority shipping charge. I think I will pass on this deal, even though it does have the box and catalog. ::)

The only rule for pricing in the secondary market is, "There are no rules"...... ;)

Local market and international markets differ immensely. American made reels outside of America are obviously in smaller supply, add extra costs in shipping, add in dollar differences...alternatively when the dollar is low in Australia say compared to the US it can over inflate the local market as competition is realised through the USA market who will be essentially buying with a 25 or 30% discount just through exchange rates.

But as the old saying goes its worth what someone is prepared to pay for it.
