I got a rubber Accurate handle today for my TLD20 but the arm on the reel I have needs a countersink screw where can I find 10-24 left hand thread screw.

Try McMaster. The last time I needed a left hander for my Accurate it had to come from the factory and it wasn't cheap!!!
