Super easy. Made from the garden cherry tomatoes.
Cut in half, marinate overnight in brine made from nonclorinated water, 2 tablespoons of seasalt and a sprig pf fresh basil.
In the morning put in the dehydrateor set to 125 deg F. until dry but not crisp.
Store in a jar with an airtight lid.

K, now I have to replace the dehydrator that I lost in the flood, lol.
Used to just slice mine and place me on a big rack on top of my patio roof. Use them all year long.
very cool, i always have at least one cherry tomato plant, those are nice and sweet.
We have 3 Cherry tomato plants this year and we already have dried 4 quarts.
The challenge is keeping the kids away from them😃
