 Hi All  this is my first post       i live in the uk  (york )  i use penn GLD 50  & shimano 25 TLD   700BSV  & 700 s reels  ive had a quick look on this site   and the information on reels is second to none  theres nowt like this in England   Alan Tani should be made the (KING of England) you lucky lucky people  im just off for a look round    tightlines Alain

welcome!  let me know about the frame for the tld.  take a look at the tutorial as well.  you may find that it is not worth rebuilding.  sorry.   :-\

my tld25 has 4 cracks in it.not caused by any fish.shimano manuel says its good for 22lb of drag and tld5 18lb.dont know where he got his facts.  i never fish more than 10lb of drag with them and they are still fine BUT!

sry al i dont have a slr camera.that one i sent was the best i could do.but the cracks are all there between the white markers
