1996-2004, probably late 90s.

Can you estimate the ages of the maroon plate 113H reels?

The 113H could be anywhere from the early sixty's and up. Certain details in the plates can give you a closer date.

I feel like like I'm missing a part on side plate where all the gear go so I took a picture

The only piece I see missing is an under gear washer. It all looks there. Solid 5 stack. I would wipe all those washers off. Put on some fresh Cal's.
The stack is a little out of order, but its all there.

It looks like you're missing the eccentric jack. Did you leave any other parts on the side plate?  If you removed everything then it looks like you'll also be missing  the eccentric, eccentric spring, and handle side bearing.

It has to be something in the stack if the star spins freely on the sleeve. Make sure the top eared washer didn't come out.

There is a date stamp on the inside of the plate - like a clock face with an arrow pointing to the month and either side of the arrow is the year
From what I can see it looks like - July 2004 - or 94

Oh yea, I forgot that the sideplates from this period had this information molded on the inside.  Must be from a July 2004 run.  I believe this may have been the last year that this particular model was produced.

That's just when the plate itself was made, not the year the reel was put together on the assembly. It allows you a rough guestimate that it's from that date forward, though.
