Many times a person has to shoot some blanks before you hit the target?
The target was some Spot or Coonstripe shrimp for some great eating for now and freezing for the winter.

this is a typical keeper,  not real big, but real fresh, available, and tasty!

a few friends love to do the work and learn the ropes.

here is a good little catch.  These critters have a phosphorescent hot pink eye.  and the bodys kinda translucent when first pulled out of the water.  within a couple of minuets they turn an orange color.  pretty cool to watch them change.    great eating.
