Here are the machining dimentions for the Accusleeves we have details on:
Dimensions are in inches and should be cut to +/- 0.001" for best performance.

Do you have the ID or the shaft's OD?

I ment to call, but having a busy week.  Will probably be at Alan's tomorrow afternoon.  Will call tomorrow for sure.

Boss 665H Narrow,,,, measured .961, final sleeve .968.

Spool alone with inside micrometer measured exactly the same as my Boss 270. Needed a slightly longer sleeve on my particular spool, however, since one bearing counterbore seems to not be straight to the bottom. So instead of outside micrometer measurement I did it a bit uglier way using a depth micrometer down the inside to the back of the 'seated' bearing.
