Yellowtail fellet's, halved grape tomatoes with crushed fresh garlic, Julianne fresh basil, salt, pepper, olive oil, a bit of lemon juice and thinly sliced green onion for the salad. Season the fillets to desired taste..Quick grill or sear and serve...So fresh ;D topped with Queso this time ;D
