Title: Okuma screws on the Cortez
Post by: bgreen on January 26, 2016, 11:08:03 PM
Hi sorry if this is really basic.  I have had a look on site and could not see the answer I was looking for.  On the Okuma Cortez 5 reel I have the screws on the main body of the reel are not the normal flat head or Philips type.  I am wondering what type(and size) of screw driver I need to purchase for these reels.

Thanks!

Welcome bgreen.
It is a Torx head - T10 or T15 from memory. You can buy a set of standard 1/4" hex drive Torx bits from many hardware sources. They seem to becoming more popular - certainly with Okuma.
