Title: 501 Convertion to Lefty Question
Post by: wreckfish on February 15, 2016, 02:35:45 PM
I would like to convert my 501 to a Lefty. I have the 5-500LH Main Gear, the 10-60LH Star and the 13-500LH Pinion Gear.  The 3-500LH bridge/sleeve is no longer available so can I use the 3-500SLH bridge and sleeve. Any advice would be appreciated.  ~ Phil

Phil,

Sometimes a box of money falls out of the sky on your head....I'm in the middle of a seemingly endless run of Jigmaster projects, and last week in swapping around parts somehow found what appears to be a left handed bridge and sleeve. The plate is 500S but the AR is on the left side with appropriate sleeve, counter to normal. I'd never seen or heard of this before. You are welcome to it if you like.

Normally the box of money hits me on the head, knocks me out cold and someone steals my wallet.  ;D
