Title: Accurate has Amazing Service...
Post by: coastal_dan on February 19, 2016, 04:59:41 AM
Bought this SR-6 barely used (I've wanted one for a while)...and the PO said it was perfect...it was...sort of.

Low and behold it was a little 'grindy' upon reeling.  I reached out to Accurate on Facebook and David Nilson responded 'send it in, needs warranty work'.

11 days later I have my reel back, along with all the parts that were replaced, and it feels amazing.  Also, they found a striped screw in the frame, so the replaced it and the side cover!

I'm blown away at their attention to detail and desire to do the job right.  Thanks Accurate, you've made a lifer out of me (along with my old Penns :)

Total cost of service...$12.30 for the shipping.

A couple pictures after I got it back...
