I would have had to swim through more than the marlin blood... I would have crapped my pants if I was in that water!

The secret is starting to get out about my home waters around Pt Stephens now....  ;)

They appear out of nowhere however I must say that I've never seen a mako that big! They do tend to shadow boats in the wake a bit that I have noticed. Maybe they've grown used to the smaller trawlers cleaning their catch at sea and associate boats with food?

News has come out of South Australia where an Abalone diver has been taken by 2 great Whites.

whats someones best guess to true size of that mako?
