Hi All;
Maybe you can help me out. I'm trying to fine some information on early Penn boxes. If you have or have seen boxes (other than my site) for a Bridge City, Coronado or New Port with solid color labels, like the ones in the photos, PLEASE let me know. Also if you have any other Penn reels in solid color label boxes that came with the 1934 paper work, like the 1934 Long Beach shown in the photo.
Thanks for any help. Brian

Hello Brian,
I see you posted your 1934 reels with the 1933 style box labels. I believe you have early 1934 boxes, very rare indeed. The 1934 box changed to the type with the model name in the colored stripe in 1934 ( like this one). Yours are very unusual.
