You got two things that don't match Andy. On the title, do you mean 4/0? You are talking about the 113H correct?

New
Then we need to stick with the new style Tiburon frames, or you will need to use a stock inside trim ring, which I think would look a little bit funky.

What is the difference in referring to the plates as 'for a 4/0' or 'for a 113H'?
Is it that a '4/0' refers to other reels as well?

You got me on that one Steve, I said 4/0 because Andy listed 3/0...you guys are tough ::) ;D
This is for the ones that I have confused:
The 113 and 113H are both a 4/0's
The 113H comes with 3 shades of maroon color, the 113 is just black and shares the same left and right side rings.
Also, the 113H (4/0) comes with bearings, the 113 ( 4/0) comes with bushings.

As I understand it; for the Senator series '4/0' refers to reel size 113 is the model number. Generally speaking 4/0 is a 40lb size and a 3/0 is for 30lb line.
113. 113H, etc... is just the Penn model number for the Senators. Of course the model numbers also correlate to the size.
All 112s are 3/0, 113s are 4/0 and 114s are 6/0.
For the internationals 20s are meant to be fished at 20lb, 30s are meant to be fished with 30lb and 50s are for 50lb. Most people spool them up with much heavier line but that's what they're designed for.
