Interesting fact about the Long Beach Deluxe, Model DL60. it is the parent of the Penn Senator 2/0.

In all of the next three pictures, the reel on the right is a 1937 Penn Long Beach Deluxe, Model DL 60. The reel on the left is a Penn Senator, Model 111, 2/0. They are exactly alike, except for the handles.

Hi Michael
Is that a stock handle on the Senator? It looks longer than the handle on my 3/0.

Basto,

Very good eye, the handle on the Senator is the Oversized Penn Handle.

The reason I noticed it is because I have another 3/0 with a 500 handle on it. Looks just the same.
