That is out of my League.
My tastes are different. I bought a 16/0 with a nice rod and parts. Topped it off with a cherry 14/0 this week for less than one of those model F's.

Very unusual to see this many first year prototype for sale at one time. High prices but nice examples.

A Penn Model F sold for $871 on the big site yesterday.  The seller listed it as a 1932 prototype Model F.

He has some nice things, I've bought a few reels from him; always accurately described with fast shipping.  I thought that 'F' would go a little higher to be honest.

Watched it all week. I figured it might go higher also. It was nice survivor.
