Title: SHARK REEL
Post by: Dominick on August 13, 2016, 08:57:20 PM
Does this fit in with this thread on Trade Reels?  I accidentally erased the photos of it going back together and somewhat cleaned up.  I like it for an interesting shelfie.  Dominick

George, I just got around to taking those photos of the finished product.  Here they are.  The reel did not clean up all that well but it has an antique look.  Dominick

I like the look of the thick, square edged side plates.

Shiny is inexpensive.  A nice patina is priceless.

Hello Dom,

The reel is made by Horricks & Ibbotson. I believe they were made in Utica, New York back when dinosaurs roamed the planet.

Do not quit your day job, value on these is low................<:O(
