Had a relaxing Sunday messing in the shop and cooking meast.....Boston Butts smoked six hours over cherry, wrapped to rest and hour. rubbed with garlic, onion powder, Lowery's. no sauce needed but nice with a shot of Zing on a King's Hawaiian roll.
Built the smoker out of a 5/16" SS processing drum acquired for a dollar back when I bought manufacturing equipment.
