Does anyone know where I can get hold of the tool shown in this picture?

I was sent the standard tool from Shimano, but I need the one shown here - to remove the "star shaped" (don't know the word for it) screw which secures the handle.

I've looked at eBay, but the standard tool is the only version I can find there as well.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. :)
