Looks a little like a reel I have and made a report on on this site. Maybe this one is a newer genereration

I think they are made by Omoto and they are not bad at all. I, or maybe I should say my fishing partner for the moment, hooked up once to a way to big tuna. The reel held up nicely although afterwards it turned out that the plastic cover of the drag plate hat seen a little too much heat.  If the rod would not have been broken I think we would have had a change to get the the fish to the boat. We caught several cow tuna that trip, largest in the 400 lb range

Nice little reels ;D
