Title: CC Classic Squidder eccentric spring question
Post by: thorhammer on December 29, 2016, 05:02:12 PM
Hey having difficulty getting thus one to orient properly; lady kit went together fine a couple months ago. Anyone have a fresh pic of the eccentric cam orientation? Harvested spring and maybe it's just bent but worked in the donor. These kits, and the Jiggy's, are outstanding.

Thanks

No pic, but when looking at the inside of the head plate, the pin hole for the eccentric spring will be at 9:00 when it's out of gear and 10:00 when it is in gear.  The spring is below the cam and there's a cut-out in the bakelite for the spring to swing from 9:00 to 10:00.
