Title: Penn 112 3/0 spools
Post by: steelhead_killer on February 02, 2017, 02:39:42 AM
Mysticparts.com shows two spools for the black 3/0, a chrome on bronze and aluminum.  However, on eBay I see several Penn 29M-112 Metal Spools that appear to be NOS stainless steel spools as they have the same brushed look as other SS spools.  That part number is also used on mysticparts.com for the chrome on bronze spool.  Did Penn make a SS spool for the old black side plate 3/0's?

Thanks!

Andy

Yes Andy, the 3/0 stainless 3 piece spools are very common and very affordable

They changed the spools over time but used the same number..it makes things confusing sometimes.
