Post by: gstours on February 02, 2017, 05:01:06 PM
With a topic in mind I thought it would be interesting to show what winter is or what it does to you in your environment ???
Heres a start.

Smog Lake Valley, Utah....I mean Salt Lake Valley, Utah.

Enduring some pretty wicked inversion soup the last few weeks.

Lucky us a South wind blew it out last night....only to come back real soon.

Consistent scratchy throat and messed up sinuses.

My house, in the dark blue sky picture, is at the bottom of Lone Peak, the last big mountain on the left side.

And I'm not so sure where to look for it in the other pic.

I think we're rated one of the worst in air pollution  in the USA.

Gary, this is a nice example of my winter time

http://alantani.com/index.php?topic=20665.0

just 4-6 really cold days every 3 weeks (cold fronts??) but the rest of the winter you can get over it with long sleeve and a light jacket at mornings and evenings, but at noon its not really needed.
in case you dont know where I live, is Baja (mex) north of the sea of cortez 2.5hrs from the border with USA
