Sometimes I keep it simple...Prudhommes redfish magic, fresh lemon squeezed, butter, melt all together and baste before and during grilling. Very light and flavorful.
Bry, if I can get off a plane for a minute I'm gonna dig out your 304...haven't forgotten :)
