Best,

Dooooogh !!!! :o
LOL I say make him work for it... Get those knots out!
HA!.......That's exactly why 40 years ago I put all my bait casters, except one, in a 5 gal bucket & threw them overboard in a north central MN lake! The only one I kept at the time was a ABU Record 5000 & I gave that to a close friend. Never could get the hang of those dang things so I quit trying. ::)

If you have the numbers on that spot where you dumped the reels, someone on this site will go get them and bring them back to working condition
That's awesome Fred! Kinda reminds me of when I tried to teach my mom how to cast back when I was a teenager...lol
Lol

Best,

I resemble that comment.
Thanks to this site I have plenty of backups also, and I'm excellent at untangling birds nests because I've had plenty of practice :-[

Me too! Doesn't even bother me to get the line straightened out. Just part of fishing. /JoeII

Give her a spinner & you'll get a lot more fishing done. :)
I've seen bad backlashes but nothing in that class! That's gotta be staged. Either way, time to break out the dikes and start cutting followed by respooling.
