I ordered some parts there last week,  payed with Visa. Until this day I have not heard anything from the shop, not even a confirmation e-mail.

I have wrote them tree mails now without any answer, so I guess my order is just lost.

So my advice, stay away from that shop.

sorry to hear that.  that is one of the reasons that i hate taking money ahead of time.  i would rather have some owe me that have to owe someone.  it's bad enough when reels get stacked up.   :-\

Still have't got my things yet, so I wrote Castaway Lakes today and gave them five days to contact me back and explain themselves, or I would ask my bank to open a fraud case.

The stupid thing is that I ordered some carbontex washers from Smoothdrag, should have ordered them directly from smoothdrag instead.

I've ordered from Castawaylakes.com and didn't have any problem.  Can't remember how long it took to my order.
