From the Pacific side of Baja this February leaving our hotel to go to the dock at San Quintin.

It was a beautiful day, we couldn't catch any bait or anything else but a few barracuda.

Saw 200 gray whales and their flapping tails. Was a great day!

Hey Steve!!!!    Slick!

I thought you'd be calling me before your next trip to Mexico??

Remember that conversion during our Salmon trip with Alan & Dominick & Thorhammer???

I'll reminder you!!!!

All dry shaving aside...

I agree the whale watching in Mexico is more than can be expected.

Here are a few Grey Whales that caused us to STOP, put the cruiser in neutral, and watch them for the next 15 minutes.

WOW!!!!!  What a sight.

This starts the action.  First one blows out of the water just over 50 yards away!

And this ONE!  Within 50 yards!
(http://i1257.photobucket.com/albums/ii518/wdeutscher/Cabo%20with%20Jerry%200116/IMG_0115_zpsbwace51k.jpg) (http://s1257.photobucket.com/user/wdeutscher/media/Cabo%20with%20Jerry%200116/IMG_0115_zpsbwace51k.jpg.html)

BAM!!!!  What a sounds when the whale hits the water.

(http://i1257.photobucket.com/albums/ii518/wdeutscher/Cabo%20with%20Jerry%200116/IMG_0116%20-%20Copy_zpsnrzfscal.jpg) (http://s1257.photobucket.com/user/wdeutscher/media/Cabo%20with%20Jerry%200116/IMG_0116%20-%20Copy_zpsnrzfscal.jpg.html)

This one, within 30 yards!
(http://i1257.photobucket.com/albums/ii518/wdeutscher/Cabo%20with%20Jerry%200116/IMG_0118_zps0efmmibd.jpg) (http://s1257.photobucket.com/user/wdeutscher/media/Cabo%20with%20Jerry%200116/IMG_0118_zps0efmmibd.jpg.html)

Heading deep, we throw the cruise back into Forward and continue our trolling.

Seriously Steve,

CALL ME before your next Mexico trip, I'm still a working man, but given time, I can move client meetings around to make the trip.
