Title: 20T, 30T, 30TW drags
Post by: Rob Ciminieri on May 05, 2017, 08:19:54 PM
Can anyone tell me what stock max drags are on these reels? Are they close to one another with line capacities being the difference?
Thanks a lot

See the attached manual for reported max drag settings.

20T = 10-12lbs
30T&30TW = 15-18lbs

Changing the Belleville config and upgrading to duradrags will give you a bit more max, with a steeper drag curve.  Cal blueprinted reels may have even bigter numbers.  Those reported are what the manufacturer intended out of the origional design.

Line capacity is reported as:

20T = 700yds 20lb mono
30T&30TW = 700yds 30lb/900yds 30lb mono
