I have to post a shout-out to the Daiwa parts dept. I ordered a handle blank and a couple of tiny parts to go with it. Well, I barely had time to wonder when it might arrive, when there it was at my mailbox the next day! And they threw in the small parts for free.
It's enough to make me forgive them for Magseal, lol. ::)
Oh, and USPS deserves alot of credit as well, it was 1st Class mail but arrived in 1 day from the West coast to Florida.
I have had 100% positive transactions with Daiwa.
Will never own a Magseal anything though.
