Title: Anybody fished the West coast of Panama (the country)?
Post by: jurelometer on August 08, 2017, 04:47:17 AM
Looking for some guidance from someone wit firsthand experience.   I do mostly inshore/nearshore stuff.  Not interested in the big billfish lodge operations.

Would appreciate a reply or a PM from anybody has been down that way.

Oops - I am asking about Panama the country in Central America, not Panama the city/beach in Florida-USA.     I changed the subject line in the original post to clarify.    Sorry for any confusion.

I could have changed the subject to "fishing in Central America" ,   but was concerned I might get advice on Iowa  ;D ;D ;D

Here's a couple videos with good info.

The guy featured, Tom Amberson, puts together trips with daily inshore fishing.

Thanks guys.   Did get some good info from folks at BD.

Still interested in any first hand experience,  especially local panga stuff.  I'm not too into the lodge thing.
