This is one of my all time favorite halibut recipes.
First cut into small cubes, then start with tablespoon butter and splash of sherry.
Bring to simmer then add equal amounts of milk and heavy cream, just enough to almost cover the meat. When that starts simmering I add my vegetables, bring to simmer then top off with muenster cheese and serve on a bed of white rice.
Enjoy, Ted
This recipe works well with most fish, and it never hurt to add a few scallops and shrimp.

Looks like all your hard work and early mornings paid off... looks yummy!
I sure hope I can get out to visit some day to enjoy one of these meals with you and your hunny.
Thanks for making me hungry,
Dom
Butt I don't have any Hali!
Oh Dang, I just ate ribs and I could hit a plate of that.
Looks really good.
I will try that with my Flounder caught of the dock. Flounder really have no flavor.
