Seems like some of our fisherys run in cycles.  Managing can be difficult sometimes,   Butt when its good, go!
   Heres a nice King Salmon caught in the dead of winter last year.   Every day is different when you go out in nature!

gary the only thing we can blame you for is putting a hurt on the halibut population....Good fish.....Bill

Stick a BIG hook in it - chuck it back and catch something worthwhile ;D ;D
