Title: flathead cat fish

76.5 lb flathead was caught and released at Bartlett lake Arizona. Was not me.

We're they caught on rod and reel or do they jump in the water and pull them out like they do on TV.

Bartlett's always been a bit of a hit-or-miss water, due to the fact that the Verde River, which feeds it, may or may not have decent water flows.  But, when it's on, lots of good fishing.

They call that "catfish noodling". ;D For a long time I thought that meant fishing with a really whippy rod. :D

There was a show om TV about tournaments doing that that's why I asked. That's a monster catfish not matter how you catch it.

One THAT size could eat at least TWO a day ! LOL !
