Title: Penn SQL16VSLD click problem
Post by: Mancave services on April 28, 2018, 06:58:56 AM
Hi all, having issues with the clicker not sounding properly when under drag load. I'm guessing the clicker pawl is broken.
So am searching for a teardown tutorial of anyone could point me in the right direction I would be very appreciative.
Cheers Pete

EDIT: Couldn't find a tutorial so just went for it. Turned out to be pretty easy to take apart and found the problem.
The spear shaped pawl that engages with the plastic teeth was sitting at 2 o'clock instead of 12 o'clock.
Adjusted and re assembled now good as new.
