Title: Keeping up with different sized screws on a spinning reel
Post by: festus on May 09, 2018, 02:57:42 PM
I swiped this pic from a Facebook reel repair group.  It may be useful to some who (like me) have problems working on the newer spinning reels.  When I say newer, I mean 1980s to present.  ;D

been there done that  ;D

thats an awesome tip Festus, but mostly for beginners, now I just line them up in the same pattern they were on the sideplate of the reel on a non slipping surface on my working table, and take lots of pictures with my phone  ;) :D (in case one of my cats run over them)

Looks like a good safety measure--too easy to try to put a long screw in a short hole.
