Hopefully he's weighing in a monster for an IGFA record, but odds have it that the Intrepid kidnapped him. They probably locked him in the engine room with a work bench and every reel on the boat, rations of saki, food and water, 5 gallons of Yammy grease, 2 gallons of Cal's, and a jug o' TSI301.
