Put on a a spread the other night for company. Cool thing was the fish came from three different trips in three different countries: yellow tail from Cedros Mexico, Albacore tuna from West Port Washington and sockeye from Port Hardy BC. YT, tuna and sockeye , spicy tuna rolls, veg rolls, seared tuna loin and teriyaki sockeye and YT. Of course Sake !
