Hi guys,
Found this lovely unused Monofil 25M here in the U.K. recently.
Did the usual strip, clean and polish as I have been taught by all you good people, and it really shines.
The first photo is as it came, the next two cleaned and polished, and the last back together and buffed (hope the photos post as it has been a while!)
Could someone please tell me the approximate age of it.

Catalog 24b is early 60's....that's what Steve is seeing....me too
Nice detailing job on that monofil. It looks unused to my trained eye !!

The 925 Lb Tuna was caught in 59, that supports early 60s.
