Title: Dam Quick 220
Post by: JeffG on January 02, 2019, 02:27:42 AM
Hi all! I recently picked up a 220 in very caked on and grimy gearing. I stripped and cleaned everything, but when I put it back together there was a rubbing sound. It sounds to me to be the worm gear or bearing rubbing somewhere. There was a worn out space bushing that I can't remember where it went. Does anyone have a good pdf or photo of the schematics for the 220? Only ones I see online are to faded and blurry. I do have a bearing on the way incase that's the issue.

Thanks
Jeff

Hopefully this will help. Click on it to enlarge it, and in the second window, too, for better clarity.

Awesome Tom! Thanks, it's much clearer. I have got to find me one of these parts catalogs.

Thanks
Jeff
