Title: Some of the reels I’ve been messing with
Post by: TongassFisher on July 06, 2020, 09:38:13 PM
Serviced my Avet HX 4.2 and PENN Baja HN. The Baja has a Cortez Stainless sleeve w/ double stainless dogs. I also have a Maxed Out Shifter that I finally replaced the o rings on. Lastly I put together a Monofil 25 I got in parts. It doesn't have the correct posts or stand but I still like it!

What kind of fishing do you use the Avet for?   Looks like heavy braid.   Thanks 🙏 for a reply.

Hi Trevor, good reels, personally I dont like reels that hold any less line than they have, also  the silver reel, try not to get any solvents on the handle, as it could go tacky. good luck cheers Don.
