Title: Strange reel

Came across this reel but dont know what make it is. Do any of you guys know? Is it a rare model and is it valuable?

really strange reel, but looks like what you get if you married an Abu garcia ambassadeur and a Van Staal

That's really, REALLY interesting.  Take a picture of the insides if you unscrew the knob and remove the spool.

The reel is not mine. Its up for sale, this is all the info I have. The seller is not a fisherman.  Could it be a reel for ice fishing perhaps?

I have bought it this morning for €10 of a Dutch website. It will be a while before I have it here in Ireland. I think it will be a nice addition to my collection. Im pretty sure its a reel for icefishing. I have googled it and similar reels come up.
