It looks like this one fits many of the Quantum spinners, Kinetic, Catalyst, Energy, Tour, Cabo, Boca.
I am in the process when I have a bit of time going through the schematics, which is taking forever. I will try to have a better list soon.
The size of this washer is: 21.65mm OD, 4.25mm ID, or .853 OD x .168 ID
