I've been a lurker for a while and have been very impressed with the knowledge and information available here. So I figured I should sign up and chime in where I can. No real background in reel repair here, just someone with common sense who enjoys working on reels. I do all my own and a few friends. Been sticking to Daiwa spinning reels but would like to expand that and work on Shimano and conventional reels.

I'm from Sarasota FL and love fishing the flats and chasing Tarpon.

And I collect old Beer Cans.
