Title: Daiwa BG-10 bail not fully returning

This BG-10 will occasionally not return the bail fully. Like 1 out of 10 times. Springs seem good, tight and strong in the bail and bail kick lever. Not really any binding on the pivot points so I do not think the bail wire is bent. Most of the time is works sharply. I have a Regal My Regal 2500Xi does the same. It can be a #### when a steelhead drops a float and you need to take up line and put pressure on the fish for a hook set? Any thoughts?20220330_092649[1].jpg

Ive had that issue before on a different reel. I was certain my bail wire was bent. But I took it apart and cleaned and lubed the pivot points, and it's good as new. When in doubt, TSI321

Jason, did that first. The pivot points did need attention but did not fix.
