We had GM assembly plant in the City where I grew-up. I remember hearing in the news about a guy doing that, but wasn't his lunchbox, he hid parts out at the fence and would retrieve them after work. I always wondered about a possible connection to this story-song by JC. If I remember right he had a bunch of engine parts stashed before they caught him.
