Title: The difference of Mitchell 304’s?

Picked up two 304's from flea market this weekend and noticed a difference. One has Garcia on it and the other doesn't. I'm gonna say the Garcia one is newer then the one that just says Mitchell. The other thing is the gear drives are little different95271F1D-3874-4159-BD0F-8FC8DDB8D08D.jpeg

The one etched with Garcia is a little newer. The one without it originally came with a Garcia Products sicker (most likely yellow with black writing).

Some of them had CAP only. Initials of the city
