Title: Daiwa 27H drag upgrade
Post by: edjal on February 15, 2012, 03:44:40 AM
Does any one know which size Penn HT100s drag washers would be used to replace Stock Daiwa 27h drag washers?   Thanks in advance

It takes three 006 155, the same drag washers that work in a Penn 209 or Penn 155.

Thanks AKAfish your help is appreciated. Do you recommend the stock washer under main drag gear?

I don't now a Penn washer that will fit. You could use a 006 155 if you trimmed it down or just go with the stock. That's what I usually do. For a 20# class reel, you get enough drag with the HT-100s.

I have installed them and they appear to be great.  True test this summer landing 30lb plus stripers.
